Refund policy

Slayte Clothing wants you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your clothing or accessories we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return contact orders@slayteclothing.com within 30 days of receipt. Items being returned must be in new, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a RGA and return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive a wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
At Slayte Clothing we take pride in the handling your order. To be sure you receive a quality product we inspect all items prior to shipment. If you have requested a return please note, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the original purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
